Roopa Prabhakar
Director - Operations

Roopa Prabhakar did her Masters in Physics and is a University Topper in the same discipline. She has about 6 years experience in the IT industry. She is the brain behind ACT, when it comes to bring in any new HR strategies, Operations Management and Crisis Management. Also, she is the life partner of Mr. Sathish and together they started ACT, built it up from a 2-man company to a 100+ strong team. She is very professional, logical in her approach and is highly respected for the same.

Karthik Murugian
Director - Business Development

Karthik Murugian BE, MBA has about 6 years of experience in Healthcare Related Services with comprehensive exposure to BPO operations with major thrust on US Healthcare Practices. He holds an AHM Certification of the US Health care Industry. He has done multiple end-to-end transitions for major clientele like Sentara Health Management, WellPoint Health Networks and Pacific Care. His work experience includes extensive project transition experience with companies like Cognizant Technologies (CTS), Lason India. He has been one of the building blocks behind the establishment of Medulla Solutions and he is currently the Executive Director of the organization with a strong team of about 250 people.

Herald J George

Herald J George has an Engineering Degree in Computers and has over 5+ years of experience in technical support industry. He is a technical geek with strong knowledge in windows platform. He has built up the Windows competency in ACT right from the start and the team has now grown big and is delivering to some of the top web hosting companies. He is passionate, committed and dedicated through out his stay with ACT. He has excellent interpersonal skills, which impresses any type of client and that too combined with his outstanding technical knowledge. He is sure to deliver quality customer service combined with technical support.

Rajkumar has over 5+ years of IT Industry experience and has been the creative brain behind all the outstanding design work produced by ACTMedia and  is one of the strong pillars of ACT. He is very passionate and dedicated at his work and enjoys working on the latest technologies and is a MAC lover too. The media team enjoys to work under his leadership and guidance. He holds a Masters degree in Computers from Bharathiar University and a Bachelors degree in Computer Technology. During his college days, he has been one of the outstanding performers and has won many technical awards.

Sunil Jose
Manager - Business Development

Sunil Jose has rich blend of business and technical expertise which spans for more than 7 years. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and Masters Degree in Public Administration. He has took various roles within the organization involving Customer Support, Billing, Pre-sales support, Client Relations, Quality Assurance and Business Administration. He is highly energetic, aggressive and a go-getter. Currently he works closely with Sathish and Karthik in the business development activities of ACT.
